Bookings & inquiries

Submitting a booking request does not guarantee a confirmed engagement. All inquiries are reviewed, and Greg Ellis's team will follow up regarding availability, scope, and next steps. A booking is only confirmed once we communicate confirmation to you directly.

Payments

Where a booking requires payment, charges are processed securely through our payment processor, Stripe. Pricing, deposits, and balances will be communicated to you before any payment is collected. Refunds and cancellations are handled on a case-by-case basis as agreed in writing.

SMS / text messaging

By providing your phone number and opting in, you consent to receive SMS text messages from us via Twilio regarding your booking, including confirmations, scheduling updates, and reminders. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency varies.

You may opt out at any time by replying STOP, or reply HELP for assistance. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of any purchase. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle your information.

Acceptable use

You agree to provide accurate information and to use the Services only for lawful purposes. You may not attempt to disrupt, misuse, or gain unauthorized access to the site or its systems.

Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Greg Ellis is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
